This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, just across the road from a fabulous beach, making it a sociable area. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms may not have been refurbished, unlike some of the higher floors, but they are still cleaned daily and come with fresh towels. It's great to see that the hotel is kept really clean.

All was fine - no complaints.

Could do with refurb bit tired food was very good, bit to far out for us weather wasn’t great so we like daytime activities, they had 2 boys during the day and evening the Spanish boy named Fernando was great went around and asked everyone, however the Jamaican boy Sion only asked certain people he new would get him drinks. The hotel was also advertised as 4star and that’s why we booked, however it was a 3 star on the hotel wall, this is the second time this tour company has done this to us.

Food was great, staff were lovely, rooms were clean.

Pool was freezing need more staff behind bar was lots of queuing for drinks. A lot of daytime activities didn’t happen when the Jamaican boy Sion was on all he did was lay around and latch on to old people. I wouldn’t come back here it was to far out and basic for us.

Location and breakfast were fab. A good stay with a clean swimming pool. A supermarket and shops, everything you need is close to the hotel. The property is within walking distance to Cova de Sant Marti...

Nothing that i didnt like.

The food was decent with a variety of options. The location was convenient, as it was close to the beach and several restaurants. The room was spacious and clean.

The staff was unfriendly and unapproachable, making us feel unwelcome. The pool was unclean and crowded.

We recently had an amazing week at a hotel in Mallorca. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the partial sea view. The pool area was lovely, and we enjoyed sitting by the shallower pools with a drink. The beach was just a short walk away and it was absolutely stunning. It was well worth the small fee for a sunbed and safe, and we could even reserve one for multiple days. we had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday experience.

While our overall experience was great, there were a couple of downsides. It would have been nice to have more engaging and enjoyable entertainment options.

We had a fantastic family vacation by staying in this hotel. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from a stunning beach where we spent most of our days building sandcastles and swimming in the crystal-clear waters. The nearby restaurant had a superb selection of dishes, and the staff were absolutely amazing. We also loved the convenience of having facilities available at the beach, making our time there even more enjoyable.

There was one aspect that didn't quite meet our expectations - the outdated rooms. However, this minor setback was easily overshadowed by the incredible beachside experience we had at this family-friendly hotel.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is right over the road from the beach, allowing easy access and stunning views. Secondly, the staff here are incredibly friendly and always willing to help in any way they can. Lastly, the rooms, although not recently refurbished, were kept very clean with fresh towels provided daily.

All was fine, no major issues.
